Lost Magti SIM or phone: block the number and replace the SIM

Magticom publishes separate routes for blocking a number after a lost SIM or phone and changing a physical SIM. The block service suspends a number; the SIM-change flow activates a replacement card.

Block the lost number

• Use MyMagti when the number is the one currently logged in; another account requires identification.
• By hotline, the legal owner must complete identification. At an office, the legal owner presents an ID card.
• Magticom says a number may stay blocked for up to 30 days and must be unblocked before then or it will be terminated.
• The block-expiration date is available in MyMagti, at an office or by hotline.

While blocked, Magticom says services and subscription fees are suspended. Purchased packages and bonuses still expire on their stated validity dates. For a corporate line, the provider directs users to their company manager.

Magticom’s registration guide starts with a phone number or email and sends a code to that contact. If you cannot use that app route, the separate blocking page lists hotline and office options for the legal owner.

Use the separate SIM-change route

Magticom’s blank-SIM guide requires MyMagti registration and identification. Its physical SIM-change sequence is Online Order, SIM card change, identification, physical SIM replacement, blank-SIM number and security code, then activation. The page says an “Operation completed” notice appears after success.
