Move a mobile number to Magti without changing it
Follow Magticom’s current port-in steps, prepare the number and SIM details, and check the request status separately from its approval.

Number porting moves service to a new mobile network while keeping the subscriber number. ComCom’s 2023 notice described remote requests under the rules introduced at that time. Magticom’s current page provides the operator-specific route.
Choose Magti as the receiving operator
Magticom lists MyMagti and office routes, requires a Magti SIM and says the number stays the same after porting. The online blank-SIM path also requires MyMagti registration and identification.
What the online flow asks for
- Open Online Order and choose Number Porting.
- Select the current operator, enter the number to move and choose a porting interval.
- Select the blank-SIM method; enter the number owner’s details, the blank-SIM number and security code.
- Review the information and terms, then confirm using the code sent to the number being ported.
- Use the MyMagti list of added numbers to see the request status.
Magticom distinguishes the SIM recipient by route: for a remote port, another person may receive the SIM after identification during the application; for an office request, the recipient must be the number’s legal owner.
Check the subscriber record first
Magticom lists refusal reasons including an applicant/registered-owner mismatch, debt or a current service restriction, a recent network join or port, and another open request. If a request is refused, its page says to contact the current operator for details.
