Choose a workspace around the work you do
Compare desk formats, access, noise and booking terms before committing to a workday or membership.

A workspace decision is about the tasks you need to complete. A day of calls has different requirements from quiet solo work. A team meeting needs a different setup from a permanent desk. Start with the work pattern, then check the actual space and terms offered for your dates. For each provider, separate a published service description from the written offer for your own booking. Membership language does not explain every restriction, guest rule or cancellation condition.
Pick the format before comparing venues
| Format | Useful when | Questions to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Day or flex desk | You need a place for occasional work | Can you arrive without a booking? What access hours and desk availability apply? |
| Dedicated desk | You return regularly and want a consistent place | Is storage included? Is the desk reserved continuously? What term and notice apply? |
| Private office | A team needs a defined base or confidential calls | What team size fits? Is the room lockable? What services and access are included? |
| Meeting room | You need a room for a scheduled conversation | How many people fit? What equipment is included? How are cancellations handled? |
Test the parts that affect a real workday
Ask about the Wi-Fi network and any limits, the number and position of power sockets, call privacy, natural light and the noise level near your desk. Ask to see the room you would use rather than assuming the tour area represents every desk. If stable video calls matter, test a call during the hours you expect to work. Confirm whether printing, kitchen access, lockers, guest entry and meeting rooms are part of the plan or charged separately. For each provider, separate a published service description from the written offer for your own booking. Membership language does not explain every restriction, guest rule or cancellation condition.
Compare published formats, then confirm the branch
Tbilisi providers publish a range of formats. Tsre describes a social coworking space, memberships, app-based access and a meeting room. Impact Hub Tbilisi publishes coworking, plug-and-work office and conference-room options alongside events and membership plans. The Hub lists hot desks, private offices and meeting rooms. Aviaspace lists coworking desks, private offices, meeting and conference rooms and a podcast studio. These descriptions help narrow the shortlist, but they do not prove that a particular service is free on your day. For each provider, separate a published service description from the written offer for your own booking. Membership language does not explain every restriction, guest rule or cancellation condition.

Get the full cost and terms in writing
- Ask for the total price for the exact dates, format and number of people.
- Check minimum term, cancellation or notice period, deposits and payment timing.
- Ask whether tax is included and whether room or guest use creates extra charges.
- Confirm the address, opening and entry process for your chosen branch.
- Save the agreement or booking confirmation with the included services clearly stated.
If you only need a desk for one workday, a trial visit may answer more than a long membership conversation. If you need a dependable base, compare the written monthly terms and commute with the actual desk and amenities. Ask each provider the same questions so the options are comparable. For each provider, separate a published service description from the written offer for your own booking. Membership language does not explain every restriction, guest rule or cancellation condition.
