Tbilisi Airport assistance: arrange support before you fly
Start with your airline, share the support and mobility-aid details you need, and keep the airport’s fallback contact route available.

Tbilisi Airport asks passengers to arrange assistance through their airline or travel agent when booking, or at least 48 hours before travel.
Request the support you need
Tell the airline if you bring your own wheelchair, scooter or walker. The airport says passengers may use their aid to the departure gate, where staff help prepare electric wheelchairs and scooters. For an arrival, it says the aid is delivered when the passenger disembarks.
If assistance was not arranged ahead
The airport lists the information desk or special-assistance stand at the Departures Terminal entrance, where a phone connects to staff. It also lists check-in as a place to ask.
Keep the report route and contacts
Report a lost or damaged mobility aid in the baggage-reclaim hall and complete an airport report for a reference number. Tbilisi Airport lists wheelchair-assistance numbers +995 577 999 183 and +995 322 310 421.
- Keep your flight and booking details ready when you contact the airline.
- Ask where staff will meet you and what support is recorded for each connection.
