Citybus Georgia: luggage and mobility equipment
Check baggage limits, protected items and mobility-device arrangements for the specific Citybus departure.

Citybus’s luggage page describes one checked item up to 20 kg and one small hand bag per ticket. It says extra items depend on available space and gives separate instructions for items such as bicycles and ski equipment. Check the current rule for the exact departure before booking.
Keep valuables with you
The operator says not to put documents, medication, money, electronics, keys or fragile items in the luggage hold. Keep them in hand luggage that fits beneath the seat or on the overhead shelf. If baggage is damaged or lost, Citybus says to report it to the driver promptly.
Ask about mobility equipment
The carriage terms describe a wheelchair securement space that requires an advance request and confirmation. Separately, the terms page describes certain collapsible walking aids and manual wheelchairs as items transported in the hold. These are different arrangements. Ask the operator which applies to your device and departure.
Check the animal rule
Citybus’s luggage page says dogs and other animals are not accepted except for assistance dogs, including guide dogs. Contact the operator before booking to confirm its current rule and any request process.
These are operator-specific conditions. They do not establish what another bus company accepts.
