Citybus Georgia: booking and boarding checklist
Match the operator, stop and ticket to your trip before booking, then keep the right boarding proof available.

Citybus Georgia’s terms distinguish its own departures from partner-operated services. Check the operator named during booking, because partner conditions might differ.
Before payment
- Compare the departure and arrival stops with your real addresses.
- Check the date, passenger count and any connection.
- Confirm which operator’s terms apply to the selected service.
- Keep the booking confirmation and seller contact details.
Citybus says a website booking reference or QR code serves as the ticket and is shown to the driver. Its terms say the ticket applies between the stops in the confirmation. Follow the instructions on your own ticket if you bought through a partner.
The Citybus terms page asks passengers to arrive before the scheduled departure. The payment page shows a reservation-to-pay flow, but availability depends on the selected trip. Do not assume this option applies to every route.
Citybus says its online journey search identifies planned connections. For separately booked onward transport, check each operator and leave time for the transfer. The terms page is dated 2023, so recheck it before purchase.
