Telmico says new owners and temporary users need an electricity agreement. A renter who wants the account in their name needs the owner’s consent. Confirm the current subscriber before choosing a new agreement or a change.
Choose a household agreement route
Telmico offers household agreements through Personal Account, email, customer-service centres and the House of Justice. The online flow handles form completion, document upload and SMS-code signing.
Find account and bill information
Telmico’s Personal Account page lists current balance, charges and payments. SMS bills go to the phone or email registered for the property owner. If you are a tenant, ask the account holder to confirm the subscriber number and current bill before paying.
