The 2026 City Hall PDF lists sports-school and pool tuition support. It gives beneficiary conditions, monthly maximums, providers and application routes.

Read the stated beneficiary group

The PDF names school students under 18 registered in Tbilisi municipality in the unified database of socially vulnerable families with a score at or below 70,000. The programme permits one sport selection.

This guide does not decide an individual household’s eligibility. If registration or score status is unclear, ask City Hall before relying on the programme. Treat the support as a possible offset, not a promise of a place or full tuition coverage.

Separate support limits from provider prices

ActivityMonthly maximum
Football50 GEL
Gymnastics50 GEL
Swimming70 GEL
Other sports50 GEL

These are support caps, not provider prices.

Ask the school or pool for its current full fee, the amount left after support and any extra costs. Compare the total cost, not only the city maximum. Confirm current terms with the provider before planning a family budget.

Use the route listed for the provider type

Sports-school applications go through each school. Pool applications go through pool administration or City Hall’s registration system. The PDF says the system lists participating pools and lets a beneficiary choose one.

Match the provider to the exact branch

The PDF lists providers, activities and addresses. Some appear at multiple branches. It gives no provider fees, seat counts, schedules or current-intake status.

Before choosing a site, match the activity and street address. Ask the exact branch about age group, weekly schedule, admission steps and current availability. Write down the full cost and expected balance after support. Keep the city service’s answer beside the provider’s terms.

  • Compare the trip to each branch against the family’s weekly schedule.
  • Ask whether the fee includes equipment, registration or other costs.
  • Do not post a student’s private records in a public forum.
