Read TBC's fee for a domestic GEL transfer
Match the recipient bank, transfer channel, amount band and plan status before reading TBC's public domestic-transfer tariff.

A domestic GEL transfer fee depends on how the transfer is classified. TBC's English tariff page separates an external transfer from an internal TBC transfer, and shows branch and digital-channel rows separately. It also distinguishes TBC Plan conditions from the “Without the plan” row and breaks digital GEL transfers into amount bands. Reading a single number without those labels can give you the wrong charge.
Identify the exact transfer row
First decide whether the recipient is at TBC or another bank. Then match the channel you intend to use: TBC branch or digital channel. A same-bank transfer row is not the same as an external transfer row. Currency matters too. This guide concerns a domestic transfer in GEL; foreign-currency transfer rows use different terms and should not be substituted.
Check whether a plan changes the row
The TBC page compares services within TBC Plan packages with prices without a plan. Find your actual plan status and billing option before applying a displayed fee. If a package has a monthly or annual charge, include that package cost when you compare what the transfer costs over your own period. A per-transfer row alone does not describe the cost of joining a package.
Match the amount band and confirm the current terms
For a digital external GEL transfer, the TBC page groups amounts into brackets. Place the amount you intend to send in the correct band and check the whole row, including the upper-bound wording. If your amount lies on a boundary, verify the applicable tier with TBC rather than guessing from compressed web-table punctuation. Review the fee shown for your exact transaction before you confirm it.
The NBG's payment-service fee comparison provides standard fees for common commercial-bank payment services. The NBG says its data comes from banks, can change, and should be checked against the selected bank's current exchange rate and terms. Use that comparison to frame a question, then use TBC's own current tariff and transaction review for the applicable charge.
- Recipient: TBC account or another bank?
- Channel: branch or digital?
- Currency: GEL or a foreign currency?
- Plan: which TBC Plan, or no plan?
- Amount: which tariff band covers the transfer?
- Final check: what total fee does TBC show for the exact transfer before confirmation?
Keep the tariff page date and transaction details with your comparison. Do not rely on a copied fee from an older article or screenshot. This is a guide to reading the published rows, not a recommendation to choose TBC or a particular package.
