It specifically mentions special forecasts and warnings for avalanche areas. The profile describes the published service scope, not coverage for every place or event.
Public forecast pages
METEO.GOV.GE separates forecast pages for cities and regions and has a warnings page. Use the place and dates shown on the specific entry. A dated forecast or warning describes its stated period and area; it does not establish conditions beyond them.
